Miss Greentree Information from Mr. Rogers, CO, 15 January 2006;
Okay, we are all tired of 'Ms. Greentree's' automotive B.S. I traced the '800' number to an unknown business operating out of: Saskatoon, Canada. As this 'nut' is calling me on my brand new cell phone and costing me money each and every time, I had to do something now. I have e-mailed the Saskatoon, Canada police department and have requested they look into this matter and put a stop to it. The e-mail address for the police department is: police (dot) service (at) city (dot) saskatoon (dot) sk (dot) ca I would highly recommend sending them an e-mail to help expedite resolution in this matter. Saturday, 05:50 pm, 31 December 2005 As 2005 draws to a close, the best and worst from the weblog. I was having trouble with the worst, then I received the following email.
Tom,
I don't know who Miss Greentree is, but the number left on my voicemail is different and led to a mailbox which was not full. Maybe you can try leaving a message there. The number I was given was 1-866-473-9021.
Good luck to us all,
Kris N.
I sent the following response.
I finally got our number taken off soon after the Log entry. I don't have a clue what it was about, but apparently the reason for calling was for the previous resident six months earlier. The person who removed our number was very rude about it.
Thanks for the email. I get heaps of searchs on it. But you are the first to have emailed me.
Happy New Year!
Tom Barbalet...
And the best of 2005... She has fur and loves Charlie.
Happy New Year people!
Where's the cast of Jackass when you really need them?
I'd pay to see Bam in Baghdad. But a Florida 16-year old "member of a Republican Party club at school" has beaten him to it.

When my family emailed me the original link, it was a sense of deja vu. Whilst watching a selection of US news casts recently surrounding the election in Iraq, I thought, this so falsely paints the picture of the country, I'm sure some idealist is going to book a holiday in Iraq to see the rebuilding effort for themselves.
The yahoo link gives some indication of the family situation, but I'm thoroughly impressed the kid had access to the funds necessary to do all this nation hopping. It's curious also that his other siblings are all "enrolled at universities". It's a curious use of language from someone who attended university.
In any case, I have a DVD booking with Downfall.
One final thing before I depart from the blogsphere... (yuc, yuc, yuc)... Nerd confessions. I was on CMON's new chat section last night. Following WeFunk, and I mentioned Kirill. Turns out he wasn't in Nottingham for the photo shoot of the Land Raider earlier this month. I hope he makes it in the GW publication of the 2005 UK Gold Demons. The man's a genius.
Good morning.
I must be incredibly stupid. Chasing the trail of slight right bias on Wikipedia, I wasn't lost on the Tim Shell connection, I had just missed his quote section;

"I hate the Republicans and everything they stand for..." - Howard Dean, [Jan 30 2005]
"Bush-hatred is like porn for Liberals." - [Steve Merryman]
"Left-wing academics are quite possibly the most craven cowards the world has ever known." - [James Taranto], Feb. 1 2005
"If you spend more than 14 minutes a year worrying about the market, you've wasted 12 minutes." - Peter Lynch
It seems Tim is still quite active online. His beer chronicling project seems to be picking up steam;

Probably better than Bomis.
